AI Remembers but Fails to Recall: A Year of Lessons from Our Own AI Memory System

Several AI CLIs shared a memory system we designed ourselves, in one workspace, for a year. It accumulated about a thousand episodic memories and more than five hundred knowledge notes. What caused the loss was not that the AI forgot. It was that the AI trusted something it had not checked. This piece covers the three fixes in Ghost In Shell 5.2, and six pitfalls we hit ourselves, each with the check we use now.

Jev and TypeSafe.ai: An AI That Does Not Chat, It Decides

TypeSafe.ai's Jev is not a chatbot. It is a System One decision layer for software: state plus Choice, Score, and Noul, returning options, scores, and probabilities instead of prose. Vendor speed and cost multiples are marketing ceilings. This piece follows the verified long brief on capabilities, limits, use cases, the three ecosystem tracks, and our shadow-first, version-pinned trial.

When the Heart's Drain Pipes Clock Out: Aging Lymphatics and Cardiac Inflammation

A Nature Cardiovascular Research mouse and cell study finds that aging thins cardiac lymphatics and tightens their junctions, making immune cells and waste harder to clear. Nuclear IL-33 and falling VEGFC are the mechanistic clues. Restoring VEGFC rebuilt vessel density and cut macrophages, but did not fix diastolic function. This is not proof of a human therapy.
