In the classroom
Turning complicated methods into something simpler, with demos and interactive modules students can actually follow.
In the lab
Most of these tools started by scratching my own itch, when repetitive analysis got in the way of the research.
Made into tools
Runs in the browser, nothing to install, data stays on your machine, and easy to share with students or colleagues.
Why Lab Grimoire?
So I started using code and AI tools to streamline some of the work — organizing literature, running stats, automating analyses. This site is where I document what I've learned along the way, plus some tools you can use directly.
Background
My days split between the lab and the classroom. I occasionally write code to solve problems that come up in research. Not a professional engineer, but I enjoy using technology to get things done.
