Dot Blot
- Grid: draggable guide lines (2H + 2V) appear during Set 2 Points for precise alignment; snap-to-intersection by default, hold Alt to disable
- New Crop tool: drag to select a region, confirm to crop; Reset Crop restores the original image
Flow Cytometry
- SVG export now matches the on-screen plot exactly — correct scales for histogram mode, gate shapes (polygon, rectangle, threshold, quadrant) included
- PNG export fixed for histogram mode (previously captured a stale or blank canvas)
- X and Y axis range selectors added to toolbar; log scale uses exponent inputs (10^n); Auto button resets to data range
Flow Cytometry
- Toolbar restructured into 3 dedicated rows — gate tools / param selectors / display settings — with Full Page always visible
- Legend (group list) moved from inside the canvas to a floating panel outside the top-right corner of the plot
- Histogram Y-axis range is now adjustable (previously locked to 0–100%)
- X and Y axis titles can be overridden with custom text; clear to restore the parameter name default
- Removed duplicate Full Page button from the plot area; single button in toolbar
- Full Page mode now shows the left-side file and gate panel, with a collapsible ◀/▶ toggle
ANOVA
- One-Way ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric alternative
- Tukey HSD and Dunn post-hoc comparisons with pairwise p-values
- Supports direct paste from Excel or Google Sheets; up to 10 groups
Correlation
- Pearson and Spearman correlation with scatter plot and regression line
- Coefficient of determination r², p-value, and 95% confidence interval
- Correlation strength label (very weak → very strong) with sign interpretation
